Orders cannot be canceled once they have left the warehouse and been shipped. If the consumer receives defective goods after the package has been delivered, they may submit a return request.
The estimated delivery window ranges from 3 to 8 days. However, unforeseen events could cause the actual delivery time to change.
Depending on stock levels, we make every effort to have up-to-date stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be a discrepancy in stock levels, making it impossible for us to fulfill all of your orders at the time of purchase. In this case, we will send you the products that are in stock and get in touch with you to ask if you'd rather wait for the backordered item to be restocked or for us to issue a refund.
Cancellations

The consumer won't be charged any cancellation fees.
