RETURNS

 

If there is anything wrong with what you ordered, please let us know. You have the option of returning the item and placing a new order for a different size, color, or style.

 

You have the option to return any items you ordered from us in the unlikely event that they are not received in good condition, are damaged or defective upon delivery, or differ from what you had ordered. When returning an item, it must be in the exact condition that you received it, with all of its tags and original packaging.

 

After delivery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards, jewelry, purses, or sunglasses unless there is a manufacturing issue.

 

Please follow the procedure listed below to return an order:

 

1. If at all possible, pack the item or items you wish to return in the original delivery package. Please make sure the product is undamaged, in the same condition as when you received it, and that all of the tags are still attached. 2. Insert the order/invoice sheet, and make sure the package is correctly wrapped. 3. Give the package to our courier partner when they arrive. The reimbursement process for the returned items will begin once we get the returned courier. 4. Within 48 hours following the order's delivery, returns for online purchases should be requested.

     

    REFUND

     

    We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.

     

    After receiving your bank account information or any other payment method, if your request is authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied automatically to the appropriate account within 5-7 business days.
